Building Trust Through Product Design.

Acceptto’s mission was to eliminate passwords through AI-powered continuous authentication and behavioral biometrics. My role extended beyond interface design—I helped define the company’s product experience, visual identity, design language, customer experience, and brand across every touchpoint. From enterprise dashboards and mobile applications to websites, investor presentations, marketing campaigns, and conferences, I helped transform complex security technology into intuitive experiences people could trust.

End-to-End Design Leadership.

Redefining minimalism through material authenticity and design order. Fuel moves beyond simple form, creating refined designs that shape experiences.

Making Enterprise Security Feel Effortless.

Enterprise security products often prioritize functionality over usability. The challenge was designing intuitive experiences for both administrators and end users while communicating innovation, trust, and simplicity. At the same time, the company needed a scalable design language capable of supporting rapid product growth, fundraising, and enterprise adoption.

One Design Language Across Every Experience.

Working closely with founders, engineers, product managers, and marketing, I established a unified design process spanning discovery, UX research, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, visual design, branding, implementation reviews, and continuous iteration. Every experience—from enterprise dashboards to mobile authentication—was designed to feel simple, trustworthy, and consistent.

Evolving the Acceptto Brand.

As the company matured, I led two complete brand evolutions that modernized Acceptto’s identity while supporting its rapid growth. The 2016 rebrand established the company’s original visual identity across products, website, presentations, marketing, and customer communications. The 2018 rebrand refined the brand into a cleaner, more premium identity aligned with enterprise customers and Acceptto’s AI-first vision. Beyond the logo, I designed brand guidelines, iconography, illustrations, websites, conference booths, marketing campaigns, investor presentations, sales collateral, and digital assets to create one cohesive experience across every customer touchpoint.

Designing an Authentication Ecosystem.

Rather than designing a single application, I helped shape an ecosystem of AI-powered security products. I led UX/UI and visual design for It’sMe, the mobile authenticator for iOS and Android supporting passwordless authentication, MFA, SSO, credential management, and behavioral authentication. From wireframes and prototypes to user testing, implementation management, visual design, App Store assets, icons, and style guidelines, I contributed throughout the product lifecycle. I also designed eGuardian, the enterprise administration platform where organizations manage users, authentication policies, analytics, security events, and identity management. The platform simplified complex enterprise workflows while maintaining clarity, scalability, and consistency. Together, these products established a unified experience across both enterprise administrators and end users.

Design Creates Trust.

Acceptto taught me that the best enterprise products make complex technology feel effortless. By combining product thinking, visual design, branding, and close collaboration with engineering, design became more than an interface—it became a business advantage that strengthened customer confidence, product adoption, and company growth.
